My approach
I approach my work and life at the intersection of multiple identities: I am a biracial, bisexual, fat femme. I have spent much of my life occupying in-between spaces, straddling different worlds, and trying to figure out where I belong. Growing up in a household that was both Sikh and Anglican, Punjabi and British, my life has been a blend of multiple beliefs, cultural rituals, and traditions. I am guided by my experiences and my faith in community over corporations. I value authenticity over all. I come to community death care with the knowledge that there is no perfect way to face death. Let’s find what works best for you.
